Ooookedoky. I'm proficient at drawing humans, and other animals as well - but throw me a dog and I can't do jack with it. xD

I'm pretty good with the body as long as I draw the skeletal frame first, but when it comes to heads I'm pretty much lost at the relation of the muzzle to the face.

The problem is that I understand the outer part of the animal, but not the inner aspect. Since there are a few parts in my comic that deals with dogs I want to be proficient at drawing them realistically first so I can manipulate the anatomy in my style I’m using for the comic, which is proving difficult. I've looked everywhere for some online tutorials and my library doesn't have much when it comes to an animal atlas that deals specifically with canines.

If I can't find anything then I'll more than likely use concept art as a place for someone to red-line my work so I can see what I'm doing wrong.
